Distributor of Universal Lasers
Suregrave have been synonymous with marking solutions for over twenty-five years.
As well as our range of conventional engraving systems we supply a wide range of Co2 cabinet lasers from budget machines through to special applications.
We are able to draw upon many years of experience and often reduce wasted time and efforts when looking for a solution.
We are designers and manufacturers and our Hi-Drive machine controller is finding applications outside of marking and personalisation. We are actively seeking inquiries from machine manufacturers looking for “better than” servo speed out of stepper based systems. Our HiDrive system is not to be confused with older methods of stepper control.
As well as having a strong machine manufacturing base we also produce, source and supply a wide range of consumables for the engraving and sign-making community.
We have a dealer network but are actively seeking and supporting new distributors worldwide.

Universal M-300 Laser
The Universal M-300 Laser is a workhorse laser platform made extremely popular because of its standard table size, compatibility with up to 50 watt lasers and its compatibility with the most popular accessories including the rotary fixture for glassware and the cutting table for improved laser cutting. Now, for slightly more money, you may consider the higher speed and expanded power and accessory offering of the same size Universal M-360.

Universal M-360 Laser
The Universal M-360 Laser is like an M-300 with a turbo button. Because of its higher potential speed (and production) it is compatible with lasers up to 60 watts and is also compatible with the production enhancing dual head. Because it is only slightly more expensive than the M-300 , it has quickly become the world’s most popular laser platform. If you are feeling a bit confined by the M-300 or M-360, the next step up in size (50% more work area) is the Universal V-460. |
 |
Universal V-460 Laser
The Universal V-460 Laser is a stretched M-360 – a full 50% deeper work area. If you need it or want it, the additional cost is insignificant when compared to the years of service you can expect from the V-460. It’s just an excellent step up from the M-360. If you still need a larger work area, check out the Universal X-660 . |
 |
Universal X-660 Laser
Not everyone needs an Universal X-660 Laser, but it is safer to buy bigger and find a profitable use for more area than to settle for less. Though the work area is large, it is still easy to load and unload and overall, doesn’t take up much more floor space than an M-300. The X-660 is the seasoned professional’s step up into high production laser processing with up to 60 watts. To step up to an X with up to 120 watts, check out the Universal X2-660 with its patented dual laser cartridge capability. |
 |
Universal X2-660 Laser
The Universal X2-660 Laser is an exciting combination of large work area, compatibility with all accessories and up to 120 watts of power using two laser cartridges. Using two laser cartridges has advantages over a single higher power laser, including better low power stability and more security knowing that your laser system will still be productive with one laser. It is common to own an X2-660 and use it with two lasers for high power cutting jobs and then take one laser out and use it in another laser platform allowing two different jobs to be performed at the same time. As an economical way to step into the X2-660 consider purchasing it with one laser. When production demands require it, you can simply purchase and install a second laser. The next step up from the X2-660 is the unstoppable Universal X2-SuperSpeed ™. |
 |
Universal X2-Superspeed Laser
The Universal X2-SuperSpeed is the flagship CO2 laser platform. With patented dual laser capability and patented simultaneous dual line engraving (four lines with the dual head option), the SuperSpeed redefines productivity. Large engraving jobs can be run up to 5 times faster than on a single beam laser system - truly amazing. The SuperSpeed is an exceptional laser system and if you have a market for the high volume of products it can laser process, the profit potential is stunning. |

Universal XL Laser
The Universal XL Series is a powerful line of large format laser systems that is engineered to handle advanced laser engraving, cutting and marking needs. The XL-9200 features a 36 x 24-inch field and the XL-12000 features a 48 x 24-inch field. Both accommodate a broad range of materials. The XL Series is compatible with 10 to 300 watts of air-cooled laser power in configurations shown below.
A newly designed print driver includes a Print Preview function with an active matrix color screen on the control panel. The display allows the user to view the cutting/engraving process in real time on the screen. Accessories/options are automatically detected and installed when added to the XL systems. A camera system is a new option available for the XL Series that allows the user to more accurately position the motion system within the engraving field on any material present. |
